However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help! Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
Shipping & Returns
- Incorrect Address – If the shipping address is incorrect, the package will be returned, and reshipping costs will apply.
- Unclaimed Packages – If your order is unclaimed and returned to our facility, you’ll need to cover reshipping costs. Unclaimed items are donated to charity after 30 days.
- Customer-Initiated Returns – If you’d like to return an item for any reason, please contact us first. Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.
